Our focus is to enhance productivity through the implementation, optimization, and support of technological infrastructures, making us a trusted partner for technology and security projects. **Responsibilities:** * **Advanced technical diagnostics and issue resolution**: Manage and resolve complex issues across networks, applications, IP telephony, and servers. * **Desirable knowledge of security policies**: Ensure infrastructure protection through robust security policies and security incident management. * **Advanced technical support**: Provide Level 2 technical support to users, resolving incidents that lower tiers cannot handle, and ensuring critical issues are resolved effectively. * **Monitoring and optimization**: Desirable knowledge of configuring monitoring tools (Zabbix, Wazuh, Kibana) to assess system and network performance, anticipate potential failures, and guarantee availability. * **Collaboration on strategic projects**: Participate in implementing and improving technology projects, such as network expansion, cloud migrations, and infrastructure optimization. * **Technical documentation**: Create and update policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure operational continuity and compliance with internal and external regulations. * **Technical training**: Deliver training to users and other technicians on efficient management of systems, networks, and security tools. **Technical Requirements:** * **Academic Degree**: Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields. * **Certifications**: Desired certifications include: * **Cisco CCNA** (network and IP telephony management). * **ITIL Foundations** (IT service management). * **Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate** or equivalent cloud platform certifications. * **Fortinet NSE** or cybersecurity certifications. * **Technical Knowledge**: * Experience with **Windows, macOS**, and **Linux**. * Knowledge of **virtualization**, **storage**, **IP telephony**, and **cloud services**. * Familiarity with **monitoring tools** and **ticketing platforms** (Jira, ServiceNow). **Soft Skills:** * **Technical leadership**: Ability to make critical decisions and provide guidance to other team members in complex situations. * **Effective communication**: Clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * **Service orientation**: Focus on customer satisfaction, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and delivery of rapid, efficient solutions. * **Complex problem solving**: Ability to analyze and effectively resolve critical technical issues, minimizing impact on operations. * **Adaptability**: Capacity to adapt to new technologies and methodologies, with a commitment to continuous learning. **Required Experience:** * Minimum **3 to 5 years** of professional experience in Networks, **advanced technical diagnostics and issue resolution**, in medium- or large-scale enterprise environments. * Relevant **technical certifications** (Cisco CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft Azure, Fortinet). * Experience in **infrastructure implementation projects** and handling critical incidents. * Proficiency with **monitoring tools** and **incident management**. * **Experience working under Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * **Incident resolution time**: Monitoring average time to resolve technical issues based on priority. * **SLA compliance**: Ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed timelines. * **Punctuality**: Adherence to assigned work schedules and hours. **Position Conditions:** * **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, **09:00 to 19:00**, with a one-hour lunch break (variable depending on daily activities). * **Work location**: SOMA offices in **Santa Fe, CDMX**. Frequent client visits across **Mexico City (CDMX)** and the **State of Mexico (metropolitan area)**. * **Mobility**: Willingness to travel to clients via public transportation or personal means (car or motorcycle).
