The role aims to support the **creation of advertising materials, visual identity, digital content**, and social media management for various active real estate projects. We offer the opportunity to **establish a stable and long-term employment relationship**, with real potential for career advancement within the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Design advertising and visual communication materials for real estate projects. * Support the development of marketing campaigns, brand identity, and digital content. * Create materials for social media, presentations, and print media. * Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure visual consistency in communications. * Maintain organization of deliverables and graphic files. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in final semesters or recently graduated from **Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field**. * **Intermediate or advanced proficiency** in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Premiere, or similar). The higher your proficiency with these tools, the greater your chances of permanent hiring. * A **creative, responsible, organized, and proactive individual**. * Self-motivated attitude with interest in continuous learning and improvement. * **Residence near San Pedro Garza García, N.L.** It is essential to live no more than one hour away from the workplace. **Location:** **Torre San Pedro** Av.
