Job Summary: We are seeking an architecture or interior design professional to manage the client portfolio, develop value proposals, and provide technical advice. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: Commercial Area: · Respond to customer inquiries and qualify leads. · Prepare quotations and value proposals. · Manage the client portfolio and conduct post-sales follow-up. · Collaborate in planning commercial visits and technical meetings. Architecture / Technical Area: · Create simple 3D renders or models to visualize furniture proposals. · Provide technical advice to the commercial team regarding design and material feasibility. Requirements: · Graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields. · Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office suite. · Basic knowledge of rendering. · Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into spatial solutions. · Strong communication skills, proactivity, and results orientation.
