Continuous learning and professional growth Join us at BANCO AZTECA as a MOTORCYCLE-BASED FIELD COLLECTION OFFICER: As a field collection officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their initial weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and validate the information provided in their applications. * Understand customer needs to offer them the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Deliver service with respect and courtesy to our customers. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in customer service, sales, or collections. * Proficiency in operating a standard motorcycle. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Ability to operate a mobile device. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly base salary of $2,500\. * Commissions ranging from $0.00 to $2,000\. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, year-end bonus equivalent to 15 days' salary (increasing with seniority), and Sunday premium of 25%. * 20% discount at Elektra and Salinas y Rocha (increasing with seniority). * Benefits at over 500 establishments affiliated with Grupo Salinas. * Payroll loan available after 2 years of service. * Salary advance. * Provision of a motorcycle, also serving as your transportation from home to work. * Weekly gasoline voucher worth $217 MXN. * Option to purchase the motorcycle upon reaching its end-of-life. * Safety equipment: skeleton suit, helmet, and boots. * Motorcycle accident medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Career advancement opportunities within the group. * Continuous learning as part of our DNA.
