Investigation and location of addresses **Estalento Mx is seeking a Field Collection Officer in La Magdalena Contreras, Ciudad de México** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *A leading Mexican financial institution with over 20 years of experience and nationwide presence, recognized among The Best Mexican Companies®, currently expanding, seeks:* ***Field Collection Officer*** ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Home-based collection management Recovery of overdue portfolio approximately **30 to 120 days** Negotiation of payment agreements with clients Investigation and location of addresses Collection route planning Recording of evidence and reports using digital tools **What We Are Looking For:** * High school diploma preferred Junior high school accepted if supported by relevant experience * Own motorcycle or automobile Required Experience: * Recovery of **group loans** Recovery of **individual loans** Experience in **pawnshops or finance companies** **Benefits:** * Base monthly salary of **$9,583** * Statutory benefits and enhanced benefits Weekly payroll Short-term salary increase based on performance Life insurance Major medical expense insurance Food vouchers Medical membership Commercial agreements with various brands Payroll advances and loans * + Guaranteed initial incentive of **$3,000 biweekly for the first 4 pay periods**, provided the officer recovers at least **30% of the assigned portfolio**. + Thereafter, the incentive scheme adjusts according to the achieved recovery level.
