Career growth within the group Join us at BANCO AZTECA as a MOTORCYCLE-BASED FIELD COLLECTION AGENT: As a field collection agent, you are responsible for validating the information of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in their applications. * Understand customers’ needs to offer them the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Deliver service to our customers with respect and courtesy. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always wearing required and necessary protective gear. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in customer service, sales, or collections. * Proficiency in operating a standard motorcycle. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Ability to operate a mobile device. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly base salary of $ 2,500\. * Commissions ranging from $0.00 to $ 2,000\. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year (increasing with seniority), and Sunday premium of 25%. * 20% discounts at Elektra and Salinas y Rocha, increasing with seniority. * Benefits at over 500 establishments affiliated with Grupo Salinas. * Payroll loan available after 2 years of seniority. * Payroll advance. * Provision of a motorcycle serving also as your transportation from home to work. * Weekly gasoline voucher worth $ 217 pesos. * Option to purchase the motorcycle upon reaching its useful life. * Safety equipment: body armor, helmet, and boots. * Motorcycle accident medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Career growth within the group. * Continuous learning as part of our DNA.
