Apply now and join our team. **Job Mission:** Provide strategic marketing and sales support through call and lead management, ensuring professional engagement with potential customers, as well as collaborating in event organization and creation of content for marketing and internal corporate communications. **What You Will Do:** * Answer phone calls from customers and prospects with a courteous and professional attitude. * Record and classify leads generated from the website and other sources. * Assign leads to the sales team according to defined criteria (product, priority). * Conduct initial follow-up on basic inquiries and route more complex ones accordingly. * Support digital marketing activities: email campaigns, social media, CRM, and website management. * Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect databases. **Profile:** Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or technical degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. **Experience:** Not mandatory.
