Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Security Specialist with strong technical expertise and firm leadership to ensure absolute control over high-volume payroll processes, guaranteeing tax compliance and proper management of human capital. Ensure absolute control over payroll processes We are looking for an **SOCIAL SECURITY SPECIALIST** profile to lead the payroll function in a high-volume operation, directly impacting tax compliance, operational stability, and proper human capital management. This position requires a person with **technical judgment, firm leadership, and a results-oriented approach**, capable of ensuring absolute control over payroll processes in demanding environments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the company’s weekly and biweekly payrolls. * Review stamped receipts, Federal Labor Law (LFT) compliance, and various applicable deductions. * Analyze and control additional withholdings such as FONACOT and INFONAVIT, child support, etc. * Reconcile payroll records against accounting records. * Ensure strict order and control in the accurate calculation and withholding of taxes, validating IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT payments for group companies. * Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and effectively. * Ensure correct salary integration with IMSS, including determination of IMSS risk premium. * Update and implement tax and social security reforms related to payroll and social welfare. **Ideal Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferably with professional license) * Proven experience leading high-volume payroll operations Technical expertise in: * Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Income Tax (ISR), IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT * REPSE * Government platforms (SAT, IMSS, etc.) * Advanced Excel * Handling government portal procedures * Knowledge of salary scales **Offer** * Competitive compensation aligned with experience * Statutory benefits * Key position with direct impact on operations * Operations **Location** Cuernavaca, Morelos **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM **This role is right for you if:** * You leave no payroll processes unresolved and tolerate no payroll errors * You work well under pressure without losing control * You can make decisions and resolve issues independently, without relying on third parties * You possess the ability to lead with structure, discipline, and rigor ### ***We seek someone with the judgment, character, and precision to ensure payroll never fails—even under high-pressure scenarios.***
