COLLECTIONS ANALYST Qualitas insures vehicles, protects people RESPONSIBILITIES*: Review electronic applications: Verify submitted applications and request deposit receipts to proceed with accounting entries; otherwise, manage system blocking due to non-compliance per the Collections Policy. Cash register closure monitoring: Manage and review pending cash register closures from branch offices, ensuring income is properly archived and recorded in the relevant tools. Update pending applications: Update pending reconciliation entries in the inventory file to continue clarifying outstanding items with branch offices. Review pending reconciliation applications: Verify pending reconciliation applications using bank reconciliation statements shared by Bank Reconciliations, in accordance with criteria established in the Collections User Manual.
