Position Summary: Hospital San Ángel Inn HMG seeks a Human Capital Analyst to design, implement, and evaluate organizational development programs and manage human capital indicators. Human capital measurement indicator structuring **HOSPITAL SAN ANGEL INN HMG** STANDS OUT FOR PROVIDING PATIENTS WITH WARMTH, QUALITY, ETHICS, AND EFFICIENCY; IT IS SEEKING TALENT SUCH AS: **HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYST (organizational development)** REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field (degree and professional license required). * Experience: Preferably in the healthcare sector. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs, and one Saturday per fortnight from 9:00–13:00 hrs. * General knowledge: organizational development, indicator construction, organizational climate, events, institutional programs, advanced Excel, pivot tables, macros, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and implementation of organizational development programs. * Promotion of organizational culture. * Management of organizational change. * Structuring of human capital measurement indicators across various hospital units. * Management of corporate human capital department demands linked to achieving strategic group-level objectives. * Design, execution, and evaluation of institutional programs and projects related to organizational development. * Creation and measurement of performance indicators. Compensation: $17200 gross monthly (pre-tax). Statutory benefits (Social Security coverage from day one, 20-day Christmas bonus, 12 vacation days, 25% vacation premium, PTU). Additional benefits (uniforms provided starting at month four. \+ savings account\+ 4 paid economic days per year worked) Bi-weekly payment via Banorte bank on the 15th, 30th, or 31st\.
