Our package includes: * **Base Salary**: MXN 80,000–120,000 per month, tax-free \+ variable compensation * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Hybrid model, with offices in Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc Borough **What Are We Looking For?** * 3–4 years of experience as: Solutions Consultant, Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, Solution Specialist, Solutions Expert, or Technical Solution Architect. * 2–3 years of experience in Implementation (Project), Deployment/Functionality (Post\-Live), and User Experience for financial software development and/or financial services projects involving products such as: PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, Kushki, Kuesky, Mercado Pago, Clip, Openpay, Niubiz, Bold, Ebanx, Getnet, Pay Me, Conekta, Izipay. * 2–3 years of experience with programming languages including: Java, Python or .Net, JavaScript or TypeScript, JSON, Node.js, React, Next.js; designing and consuming RESTful APIs; cloud architectures on AWS and Azure; ISO 8583; SQL databases. * Payment/Fintech Experience: payment gateways, tokenization, acquiring, reconciliation processes, banking security frameworks, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., CNBV in Mexico). Design of payment flows (Checkout, one-page checkout, reference-based payments). * Security Standards: Knowledge of PCI\-DSS compliance, data encryption, and authentication (OAuth2\). * 2–3 years of experience implementing services following best practices—including activity scheduling, deliverable management, risk mitigation, team leadership, and service KPIs (SLA, progress tracking, variance analysis, UAT testing, etc.). * 1–2 years of experience in customer support, commercial sessions, user interaction, project closure assistance, Customer Service, Customer Experience, etc. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. * Highly desirable: Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO, and current regulatory requirements. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree (incomplete) **Desired Experience Level:** Entry-level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Software Development / Programming **Skills:** * Implementation/Delivery * Architecture Design and Delivery * JavaScript, API, ISO 8583 * SPEI, Cards, TPV, JSON * AWS, Azure, PCI, RESTful *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e795ab5800003900534929\&source\=indeed*
