




Job Summary: Lead, coordinate, and optimize activities related to receiving, storing, safeguarding, supplying, and shipping materials and products, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Responsibility for inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance. **Warehouse Manager** Department: * Logistics / Operations Location: * CIVAC Industrial Park and Yecapixtla Industrial Park (on-site work with mobility between plants) Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 hrs (1-hour lunch break) * Friday: 08:00–14:00 hrs Conditions: * The company covers transportation expenses between plants **Purpose of the Position** To lead, coordinate, and optimize activities related to receiving, storing, safeguarding, supplying, and shipping materials and products, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations. **Main Responsibilities and Functions** * Ensure inventory accuracy through internal audits, cycle counts, and application of rotation methods (FIFO, LIFO as applicable). * Supervise and optimize the following processes: * Receiving * Storing * Picking * Shipping and dispatch * Design, implement, and update warehouse and distribution management policies and procedures. * Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and reduce operational time. * Coordinate internal and external logistics among plants and customers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. * Supervise transportation personnel (drivers) and logistics service providers. * Negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics providers to ensure optimal cost and service conditions. * Ensure compliance with: * Safety regulations (applicable NOM standards) * Quality management system under ISO 9001 * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including: * Inventory accuracy * Service level * Delivery times * Inventory turnover **Position Profile** Education: * Industrial Engineering * Bachelor’s Degree in Administration * Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in: * Warehouse management * Distribution centers * High-volume inventory management **Technical Knowledge:** * Inventory control and administration * ERP / WMS systems * Logistics and distribution * NOM safety regulations * Quality management systems (ISO 9001\) * Process and layout optimization Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
