**Warehouse Manager**
**Position Objective**
Coordinate, supervise, and control warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, safeguarding, and distribution of goods, as well as appropriate inventory control, thereby guaranteeing compliance with logistics processes, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Supervise the receipt, inspection, and registration of incoming goods.
* Coordinate the proper organization and placement of products within the warehouse according to internal standards.
* Control and supervise physical inventories and cycle counts.
* Ensure accurate order preparation and shipment delivery.
* Guarantee order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse.
* Supervise compliance with logistics and administrative procedures.
* Coordinate warehouse operational staff and assign daily tasks.
* Track goods receipts, shipments, returns, and movements.
* Identify and prevent inventory discrepancies or operational incidents.
* Prepare inventory, movement, and productivity reports.
* Implement continuous improvements in storage and logistics processes.
* Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control.
* Experience supervising personnel (desirable).
* Knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes.
* Basic or intermediate Excel and inventory system skills.
* Availability to work assigned shifts.
* Ability to perform moderate physical activities.
