Leadership of operational teams and management of agricultural inputs. **Baxal Executive Search is seeking a Crop Manager in Malinalco, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Crop Manager Plan, direct, and optimize agricultural operations related to planting, crop development, and harvesting across a minimum area of 5 hectares, ensuring productivity, quality, and profitability through efficient resource utilization, team leadership, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Design and implement planting and agricultural production plans aligned with seasons, crop type, and climatic conditions. * Supervise comprehensive crop operations (minimum 5 hectares): soil preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting. * Manage and coordinate operational staff (day laborers, technicians, supervisors), ensuring productivity and discipline. * Control agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals), optimizing costs and minimizing losses. * Establish and monitor agricultural KPIs: yield per hectare, production costs, irrigation efficiency, post-harvest loss, harvest timelines, etc. * Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management. * Implement continuous improvements in production processes (technification, automation, good agricultural practices). * Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and occupational safety regulations. * Manage departmental budgets and control operational expenses. * Coordinate with administrative, commercial, or distribution departments as required by the business model. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor's degree or higher \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial level **Departmental Function:** Natural Resources **Industry:** Agriculture, livestock, and forestry *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e83d50580000330053ab22\&source\=indeed*
