Position Summary: We are seeking a Group Credit Manager to lead a team in achieving group loan disbursement and recovery targets in Morelos. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership in group loan disbursement and recovery 2. Assessment and approval of credit operations 3. Supervision and development of subordinates We Require: GROUP CREDIT MANAGER Objective: Guide a work team to achieve targets and objectives related to group loan disbursement and recovery across various branches in the Morelos region. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed bachelor's degree in fields relevant to the position. 2 years of experience as a branch manager handling group products. Flexible working hours. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Organize and plan promotional, disbursement, recovery, and collection activities with the work team. * Assess and approve credit operations according to credit policies and risk forecasting. * Supervise, monitor, and provide feedback on subordinates' activities. * Develop collection plans for timely delinquency control. * Evaluate and monitor the team’s achievement of targets. * Supervise compliance with group credit policies and guidelines. * Review and approve disbursement processes that conform to applicable credit rules and procedures. * Perform administrative tasks related to team management in coordination with the HR department.
