Pizza Más Morelos is hiring a Regional Supervisor. Important requirements to meet: **Profile (MANDATORY):** \-Gender: Unrestricted. \-Age: 28 to 32 years old. \-Willingness to travel among Cuernavaca, Emiliano Zapata, Jiutepec, and Cuautla. \-Completed bachelor’s degree (MANDATORY) in Gastronomy, Business Administration, or related fields aligned with the food industry. \-Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions within food-related businesses, preferably fast-food. **Developed Skills:** \-Natural leadership. \-Strategic vision. \-Decision-making ability. \-Clear and assertive communication. \-Proactive attitude. \-Personnel management. **Job Responsibilities:** \-Supervise proper operations of branches. \-Coordinate assigned personnel. \-Ensure compliance with established processes. \-Resolve operational conflicts. \-Drive continuous improvements. \-Manage suppliers. \-Evaluate employee performance. \-Supervise schedules, customer service, and cleanliness. \-Prepare sales, expense, cost, payroll, and incident reports, etc. (Advanced Excel proficiency required).
