Accompanies the team, provides coaching and feedback. **Cambaceo Sales Supervisor** **Overview:** We are looking for a Sales Supervisor with fieldwork experience to lead, motivate, and develop a commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong results orientation, leadership skills, and passion for driving team sales performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the daily field sales team activities. * Ensure achievement of assigned prospecting, sales, and coverage targets. * Accompany the team on routes, provide coaching and feedback. * Monitor performance indicators and generate reports. * Maintain proper brand representation with customers and communities. * Support continuous team training (sales techniques, service, and handling objections). **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of cambaceo sales experience. * Knowledge of sales techniques, persuasion, and closing. * Leadership, effective communication, and ability to motivate teams. * Organized, dynamic, and goal-oriented profile. * Availability for 90% field work.
