The ideal candidate will have a strong results orientation, leadership skills, and passion for driving team performance in sales. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the daily field sales team activities. * Ensure achievement of assigned prospecting, sales, and coverage targets. * Accompany the team on field visits, provide coaching and feedback. * Monitor performance indicators and generate reports. * Maintain proper brand representation with customers and communities. * Support ongoing team training (sales techniques, customer service, handling objections). **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in cambaceo sales. * Knowledge of sales techniques, persuasion, and closing. * Leadership, effective communication, and ability to motivate teams. * Organized, dynamic, and goal-oriented profile. * Availability for 90% field-based work.
