Your main responsibilities: * Leadership: Supervise staff and ensure impeccable service. * Administration: Manage cash, conduct cash audits, and control vendors. * Growth: Implement strategies to improve sales and operations. * Image: Serve as a role model for outstanding appearance and customer service. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Prior experience as shift supervisor, captain, or team leader. * Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Problem-solving ability and experience dealing with vendors. * Proactive attitude and results-driven mindset.
