Supervises the attainment of sales objectives and service quality. **JOB OBJECTIVE** The Sales Point Supervisor is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and high performance of assigned sales points, guaranteeing a premium customer experience, achievement of commercial targets, and correct implementation of brand standards across fashion and fine writing instrument product lines. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** I. Supervise the achievement of assigned sales targets and quotas by implementing tactical in-store strategies to ensure their attainment. II. Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and planograms in accordance with brand guidelines (fashion, lifestyle, fine writing instruments, and/or watchmaking). III. Audit customer service quality, ensuring personalized attention and expert advice on high-value products. IV. Coordinate the overall performance of each branch’s team (sales, attitude, appearance, product knowledge, etc.), fostering a culture of excellence at every location. V. Verify and audit inventory cycles (receipts, shipments, stock levels), with special emphasis on safeguarding high-end items and limited editions. VI. Supervise the correct application of brand policies and operational processes to mitigate operational risks. VII. Identify training gaps and implement reinforcement programs. VIII. Resolve in-store operational or service-related conflicts. IX.
