Job Requirements Minimum Education: Completed University Degree Knowledge of Water, Gas, and Electricity Services Industry preferred. Advanced level in Commercial Relations. Effective communication skills. New Business Development. Tendering Expertise. Government and IP Sales. Management Responsibilities Develop Customer Portfolio and Business Portfolio. Plan sales strategies. Define actions to achieve sales objectives. Analyze commercial opportunities. Study sales/price/inventory strategies. Implement marketing strategies. Design and plan trade fairs and exhibitions with commercial objectives. KPI Management. Supervise and train the sales team to improve performance and achieve objectives. Propose results-oriented actions. Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 plus commissions Tiered salary based on achievement of objectives Annual commissions and bonuses.
