Development and execution of the production plan. * Sales function and requirements to develop the production plan. * Request all necessary resources for scheduled production (raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and personnel). * Execute the production schedule. * Supervise task execution, ensuring safety, hygiene, and compliance with internal regulations. * Ensure activities are carried out by supervising the activity site. * Ensure activities always comply with instructions and GMP. * Request raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables for the production area. * Apply established formulas, verify inventories, and request purchase of required materials. * Track material requests and scheduled delivery dates. * Confirm material specifications with Quality. * Supervise cleaning tasks for areas and equipment. * Ensure storage and production areas remain orderly and clean. * Monitor quality policy implementation, audits, and maintenance programs, as well as adherence to the quality policy. * General Knowledge * Quality Systems * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Human Relations * Leadership * Personnel Administration * Personnel Management * ISO 9001:2015 * ISO 22716 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
