A company dedicated to the production and distribution of white bread and sweet bread is seeking: **OPERATIONS MANAGER** Work Location: **Milpa Alta**, CDMX **Responsibilities:** 1\. Coordinate daily production, distribution, and sales operations. 2\. Supervise product quality, weight control, and production flow. 3\. Prepare production orders and track delivery routes and orders. 4\. Manage sales invoices, accounts receivable, and administrative control. 5\. Supervise production teams, sales staff, and packers. 6\. Record orders, collect payments, and reconcile accounts receivable. **Requirements:** \* Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree in economics or administration fields. \* Experience in similar positions (production control, administration, and personnel management). \* Intermediate Excel skills; experience with sales software is desirable. \* Leadership, decision-making, assertive communication, and problem-solving ability. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of **$12,000 MXN per month** for the first 3 months. * Salary growth (after probationary period) * Statutory benefits. * Respectful work environment. * Direct employment with the company.
