Position Summary: We are seeking a field-based commercial leader, results-oriented with experience in payroll loans, to lead teams, drive loan origination, and ensure achievement of targets. We are looking for field-based commercial leaders who are results-driven and possess proven experience in payroll loan origination. This role is designed for professionals who lead through execution, accompany their teams in the field, and consistently convert objectives into measurable results. **Responsibilities** * Lead and execute payroll loan origination within the assigned territory. * Lead, activate, and accompany commercial teams in the field. * Drive customer acquisition, deal closure, and growth in loan origination. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor performance indicators focused on results. * Ensure achievement of the branch’s monthly targets. Requirements * Mandatory experience in payroll and/or direct-debit loans. * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (Commercial Manager or Commercial Supervisor). * Demonstrable leadership of sales teams in the field. * Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability to work 80% in the field. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies. **We Offer** * Base salary: $12,500 * Bonuses for target achievement * Timely payroll processing * Autonomy to implement commercial strategies in the field * A high-impact role for both business results and professional growth
