Job Summary: A prominent motorcycle company is seeking a Branch Manager to supervise operations, achieve sales targets, and manage staff at the branch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the branch sales and operations team. 2. Develops strategies to achieve sales targets. 3. Responsible for inventory management and administrative control. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree Age: 25–45 years Gender: No preference Experience: 2 years in sales 2 years in personnel management Sales performance indicator management Basic Office software proficiency Main Responsibilities: o Achieve the monthly sales targets of the assigned branch. o Open the assigned branch punctually every day. o Supervise product displays. o Support and provide feedback to sales staff on the sales floor. o Propose sales strategies. o Ensure pricing accuracy. o Inventory management. o Submit daily KPI reports. o Monitor inventory turnover of general merchandise. o Train newly hired staff under supervision. o Administer petty cash, ensuring proper expense documentation. o Collaborate with the collections department to monitor payments. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. Sunday off.
