Analyze team performance and propose strategies to improve results. Attend key customers and supervise overall in-store customer service. * Supervise product receiving, storage and display. Verify stock levels, shortages or damaged goods. Ensure the store is adequately stocked and organized according to season and trends. * Coordinate, supervise and train sales staff and support personnel.
