Role involving key branch responsibilities BRANCH MANAGER Requirements: * Age 28–45 * Completed high school education * Flexible availability for work schedule Experience: * Minimum 2 years’ verifiable and recent experience as a store supervisor or manager. Retail experience preferred in businesses such as: Seven, Círculo K, OXXO, TRES B, Chedraui, Superama, Aurrerá, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Burger King, McDonald’s, and/or pharmacies. NO GAS STATION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE. * Personnel under supervision (minimum 12 people: cleaning, service, assistance, compliance) * Handling of cash and valuables: performing cash counts, closing registers, delivering funds, submitting reports.
