Avimex® holds a significant share of the Mexican market and is dedicated to preventing and improving the health and productivity of animals intended for human consumption, focusing primarily on poultry farming, swine farming, cattle farming, and aquaculture... we are looking for your talent as a **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER** **Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering (or related field)** (Degree required) Work location: Iztapalapa **Essential knowledge:** Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), BPD Quality Management System Production processes of the veterinary plant. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. **Responsibilities:** * Implement improvements by identifying and eliminating or reducing waste in supply chain-related processes. * Train personnel across various areas where improvements are implemented, using tools such as SIPOC mapping, Swimlane mapping, root cause analysis, among others. * Define performance indicators for optimized processes. * Guide work teams in updating, modifying, or implementing procedures or instructions. * Participate in case-specific analyses and propose improvement actions. **We offer:** Base salary of $17,000 per month (gross) Statutory benefits from day one Direct employment contract with the company Punctuality and Attendance Bonus Major Medical Expense Insurance 13% Savings Fund * **Interested candidates who meet the profile and salary expectations are invited to apply through this channel.**
