The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brands’ presence, coordinating sales channels, and developing strategies that drive customer flow. Location: Jonacatepec de Leandro Valle, Morelos We offer: Monthly salary: $8,000\.00\- $12,000\.00 (eight thousand to twelve thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.), Schedule: Full-time Your main responsibilities: · Strategy and Campaigns: Develop, execute, and measure digital and traditional marketing plans aligned with the company’s sales objectives. · Sales Channel Management: Supervise and optimize communication, promotions, and advertising materials for both retail/store operations and institutional distribution channels. · Digital Marketing: Manage social media, paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads), web analytics, and conversion-oriented content strategies. · Coordination and Liaison: Collaborate closely with the Sales department and Graphic Design/Prepress team to ensure packaging, labels, and POP (point-of-sale) materials accurately communicate product value. · Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities or product launches. What profile are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
