Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise work teams on construction sites, resolve on-site issues, ensure task completion, and manage materials and site reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages work teams and resolves on-site construction challenges. 2. Coordinates material requests and schedules deliveries. 3. Prepares site generators and weekly reports. Position: Construction Supervisor or Resident Engineer Required Education Level: Engineering / Architecture Experience: On-site construction work; Years of Experience: 3 years Minimum Required Education: University degree with diploma Willingness to travel Minimum Age Requirement: Not applicable Gender: Not applicable Marital Status: Not applicable Job Description * Conduct preliminary site visits and perform surveys * Coordinate work teams, resolve on-site issues, and assign tasks * Verify that workers fulfill the scope of work * Submit material requisitions in advance to the procurement department and schedule deliveries * Review on-site with the contractor the volumes of work to be executed * Submit weekly piecework reports to the Construction Department for payment scheduling * Prepare site generators for compiling corresponding estimates * Prepare meeting minutes or logbook notes as required, as well as partial and final delivery certificates.
