Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Supervisor with experience in leading operational staff and supervising production and logistics processes in a warehouse. Key Highlights: 1. Verification of operational order and cleanliness **Seasonal Operational Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Minimum education: completed high school. * 1–2 years of experience supervising operational staff. * Mandatory use of safety boots. * Good physical condition. * Availability to rotate 12-hour shifts under a 4x2 schedule. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with two rotating days off. * Leadership ability and operational follow-up capability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead operational staff. * Supervise the receipt of boxes at the end of production lines. * Coordinate manual palletizing and stacking of boxes according to established guidelines. * Supervise manual stretch-wrapping of finished pallets. * Coordinate the transfer of pallets to the finished goods warehouse. * Verify operational order and cleanliness of the area according to safety standards. **Rotating Shifts:** * Day shift: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM * Night shift: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM **We Offer:** * Social security coverage from day one * Weekly salary of $2,900 * Retention bonus of $1,500 upon project completion * Immediate hiring **Schedule your interview at 55 2699 8137** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $2,900.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
