Review of unit prices and interpretation of drawings **Grupo Constructor Transportieren is seeking:** Project Control **Main Responsibilities:** * Experience in sections. * Generation, supervision, and control of construction estimates, both with the client and with subcontractors or sub-contractors. * Tracking and account status of billing with the client and subcontractors or sub-contractors. * Preparation of contract cover pages. * Development of budgetary control. * Quantification of construction volumes. * Review and control of supplies; table of accumulations of purchase orders issued by administration. * Analysis and review of unit prices, profit margins, and indirect costs. * Review of field progress surveys. * Weekly construction progress reports. * Administrative personnel estimates. * Interpretation of drawings. * Recording of revenues in Income Statements. * Review of volumes (additions and extras). **Requirements:** * Local candidate * Gender: Unrestricted * Civil Engineering degree or Architecture degree (with diploma) * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience * Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and adherence to processes * Experience using **CivilCAD and 3D** **We Offer:** * Biweekly gross salary: $10,586.30 * Payment every 14 days (every other Friday) * Working hours: Monday to Friday 8–6, Saturdays 8–1, and availability for overtime work outside regular hours * Job stability * Statutory benefits * **Location**: Mexico–Cuernavaca Federal Highway, KM 77 (opposite UAEM) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
