Duties and Responsibilities • Comprehensive supervision of construction projects (planning, execution, and closure). • Coordination and supervision of architects, site supervisors, and construction personnel. • Review and validation of architectural and executive project documents. • Participation in topographic surveys and site analysis. • Monitoring of construction schedules and physical progress control. • Control and approval of cost estimates and construction generators. • Direct field supervision and resolution of technical issues. • Coordination of contractors, suppliers, and resources. • Cost control and budget monitoring for construction projects. • Compliance with public construction regulations and guidelines. • Compilation and tracking of technical and administrative documentation. • Quality supervision throughout construction processes. • Coordination of project handover and closure. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 4–8 years in construction. Experience in public construction projects (mandatory). Experience in educational construction projects (mandatory). Experience supervising technical teams and construction sites. Field experience.
