Job stability in a dynamic work environment **Grupo Constructor Transportieren is seeking:** Construction Project Administrator **Main Responsibilities:** * Inventory control based on budget * Administration and safekeeping of project documentation * Tracking of customer change orders * Execution and follow-up of material requisitions * Petty cash control * Cost estimates and payment tracking * Daily logs * Monitoring of budget and contract modifications * Consolidation and submission of weekly construction progress reports * Project closeout follow-up * Administrative control of project human capital (hiring, terminations, contracts) * Financial control of the project in coordination with the Site Control department **Requirements:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration (with diploma) * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in construction companies * Strong sense of urgency and strict adherence to processes **We Offer:** * Biweekly gross salary of $11,046.58 * Payment every 14 days (every other Friday) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8\-6; Saturdays, 8\-1; availability for overtime outside regular hours * Job stability * Statutory benefits * **Location**: Mexico-Cuernavaca Federal Highway, KM 77 (opposite UAEM) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
