Our ideal candidate has solid experience advising customers on the full range of electrical and lighting products, delivering personalized service to support product sales targets, and increasing coverage and penetration across Simon’s points of sale. Below are further details: **Job Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma, technical degree, or related field. * Experience: 3 years as a sales promoter for electrical products, including inventory management, product merchandising, and participation in fairs, events, and/or exhibitions to promote products. * Competencies: Service-oriented attitude, customer focus, initiative, planning and organization, effective communication, responsibility, proactivity. * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 hrs; Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 hrs. * Mobility Requirement: Stores (Eléctrica EL 45, Eléctrica Palma Calle Dr Olvera 126, Eléctrica Palma Dr. Arce 211\) **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct sales activities (closing sales) and quote prices to customers at promotional points of sale. * Advise customers on the full range of products manufactured and distributed by the company. * Prepare sales reports. * Conduct inventory management and generate purchase order suggestions for missing products. * Arrange and clean products on the sales floor. * Verify product display status, visual presentation, and report their condition. * Participate in and support special events required by the customer or the company. * Gather and relay relevant information: pricing, products, commercial strategies, and competitor promotions. * Attend internal and external training courses. **We Offer:** * Statutory Benefits * Benefits Above Statutory Requirements * Quarterly Bonus * Food Vouchers * Life Insurance * Savings Fund * Savings Box * 30-Day Christmas Bonus * Additional Rest Days Beyond Legal Requirements.
