Manages comprehensive training and organizational development. **Idoneus Talent is seeking a Training and OD Manager in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **TRAINING AND OD MANAGER** **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **TNA** (Training Needs Analysis). * Develop the **Annual Training Plan**. * Design and establish the **technical training matrix** for maintenance engineers. * Collaborate with engineers to design assessments for technical competency certification. * Prepare and update hiring and training files. * Budget and monitor approved training proposals. * Coordinate logistics for training events and evidence for audits (**ISO\***). * Collect attendance lists and evaluations. * Design performance evaluations for the **Nine Box**. * Design organizational structure. * Prepare **job descriptions and position profiles**. * Support administrative matters: vacations, leaves, attendance. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Pedagogy, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Training Analyst and 1 year as a Training and Development Coordinator. * Proven experience in: **DC\-1, DC\-2, DC\-3, DC\-4**. * **SIRCE Platform**. * Availability (occasional Saturday support required). **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary:** $16,000 \- $18,000 * Statutory benefits from day one. * Enhanced benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Work location: Miguel Hidalgo. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder. **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level. **Departmental Function:** Commercial / Sales. **Industry:** Repair and maintenance. *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6997ab4f62000050003855ed\&source\=indeed
