




Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Maintenance Manager to manage and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, ensuring optimal operation of equipment and facilities. Requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum 4 years as Maintenance Supervisor * **Education:** Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering. Your mission as Maintenance Manager is: To manage, plan, and coordinate strategies to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities, maintaining optimal operation of production equipment, services, and the manufacturing site’s infrastructure, as well as to generate and jointly participate with various departments in developing new projects, maximizing allocated financial resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate the maintenance department to safeguard machinery and equipment supporting achievement of production objectives. * Plan, define, and ensure availability of required spare parts and materials to guarantee execution of preventive maintenance programs. * Establish strategy for compliance with and evaluation of MTBF \- MTTR indicators. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety and Hygiene guidelines to ensure product quality and personnel safety. * Evaluate and manage maintenance expenses in accordance with the assigned budget. **Required Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret electrical, electronic, and pneumatic diagrams. * Proficiency in Industrial Mechanics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electricity, PLCs, Control, and Automation. * Proficiency in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Standards, GMP. * Proficiency in use of tools (manual, power, etc.). * Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). * Automation and Control. **We Offer:** Benefits and perks exceeding legal requirements.
