We are looking for a **Housekeeping Supervisor**, responsible for overseeing the cleaning, organization, presentation, and operation of guest rooms, public areas, and departmental operational equipment, ensuring compliance with hotel quality and image standards. Requirements Minimum 5 years of prior hotel industry experience, preferably in Housekeeping or Room Supervision. Knowledge of cleaning standards, staff management, inventory control, and attention to detail. Flexible availability for shift work. Service-oriented attitude, leadership, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities Supervise proper cleaning and presentation of assigned guest rooms and areas. Coordinate housekeeping staff, bellhops, and public area personnel. Verify occupancy reports, clean/dirty/blocked/out-of-service room statuses. Manage linens, amenities, supplies, and area inventories. Follow up on forgotten items, incidents, and special guest requests. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
