A company powered by our people. **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------- * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills: proficiency in pivot tables, database management, advanced formulas, and chart creation. * Knowledge of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management): desirable. * Experience: minimum 2 years in operational planning or logistics functions. * Specific experience: load volume calculation (cubicaje) and capacity control. * Knowledge of transportation unit types. * Knowledge of Mexico: logistics routes, zones, and strategic operational points. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** -------------------------- * Daily transportation planning with emphasis on operational efficiency. * Volume data analysis in coordination with the operations team. * Personnel administration and management. * Procurement and coordination of transportation services. * Transportation documentation control and administration. * Shipment route building and optimization. * Solid understanding of weights, volumes, transportation unit types, and logistics costs. * Direct communication and interaction with carriers to ensure service-level performance.
