Recording and control of billing in systems **Yuma Human Capital is seeking an Assistant for Salvage and Subrogation in Tlalpan, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Job Objective** Provide administrative and operational support to the Salvage and Subrogation Department, ensuring proper compilation, control, and management of physical and digital files, as well as timely recording of billing and collection requests in the corresponding systems. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Obtain and validate digital files through claims adjuster vendor platforms. * Generate and compile digital files derived from salvage sales. * Prepare and maintain lists of physical documents sent to inactive archives. * Control physical files held by the department and coordinate their shipment to Iron Mountain. * Obtain payment invoices from insurance companies and upload them into the SAZfrontGuias system. * Obtain invoices for salvage sales and integrate them into the corresponding files in SAZfrontGuias. * Generate digital files for salvage sales of vehicles classified as scrap. * Register collection requests in the BDX system. * Record and update files in the SAZfrontGuia system. * Perform administrative follow-up on documentation to ensure its proper compilation and safekeeping. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school or undergraduate degree in Administration (in progress or completed). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in administrative or document control roles. * **Knowledge:** + Microsoft Office suite + Excel (basic to intermediate level) + Email management * **Gender and Age:** No restrictions. ### **Competencies** * Document organization and control * Attention to detail * Process tracking * Teamwork * Administrative responsibility and order **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Insurance / Insurance Company **Skills:** * Intermediate Excel * Insurance * Email *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=696fcc785500003600303e3f\&source\=indeed
