We are a 100% Mexican company, a national leader in the distribution of seed packets and gardening supplies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in accounts receivable. * Must reside near the area. * Desire for professional growth. * Must be over 23 years of age. **Knowledge/Skills:** * Manage internal documentation: filing, registration, scanning, and distribution of documents. * Prepare and maintain reports, forms, and databases. * Answer telephone calls and emails. * Provide support in basic processes (invoices, receipts, payments) as directed by the department. * Keep information systems and databases up to date. * Collaborate with other departments in carrying out administrative procedures.
