Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician for a condominium, responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment monitoring, and vendor coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Role focused on preventive and general facility maintenance 2. Responsibilities include plastering, painting, electrical work, and plumbing 3. Opportunity to apply knowledge in property conservation and metalworking General Maintenance Technician for Condominium. Key Responsibilities: Preventive maintenance of facilities and finishes (plastering and painting), replacement of light fixtures, equipment reporting and monitoring, logbook completion, vendor coordination, etc. Basic knowledge preferred in: preventive equipment maintenance, electricity, plumbing, property conservation, painting, finishes, metalworking, and masonry. Mixed Schedule \-Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Rotating weekend days off \-Monday to Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Rotating weekend days off Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Education: * Primary school (Desirable) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) * General maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
