




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for food preparation and cooking, workstation maintenance, and team collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of hygiene, collaboration, and effective communication in the kitchen. ***JOIN OUR TEAM AS A COOK AT CASA TAXCO*** **LOCATION: CENTRAL CUERNAVACA AND TIZOC** **Experience:** 1 year in a similar restaurant position (breakfasts, eggs, meat cooking, marinating, breading, soups, temperatures, plating) **Required:** Completed or incomplete secondary or high school education **WE OFFER:** TIMELY WEEKLY PAY, MEALS, TIPS, AND UNIFORMS **Workstation Setup:** * Ensure the workstation is in optimal condition before service begins. * Gather and organize all necessary ingredients (meats, fish, seafood, vegetables, sauces, etc.) in required quantities according to recipes. * Verify ingredient freshness and quality. * Prepare and review marinades, rubs, and basic sauces as needed. **Grill Cooking:** * Cook foods precisely and efficiently according to customer orders and restaurant recipes. * Control cooking times and temperatures to ensure foods are cooked to the desired doneness and meet quality and food safety standards.
