Job Summary: We are seeking committed maintenance personnel to support facility operations at Club Campestre Monte Sur, delivering technical solutions and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for club facilities, materials, and furniture. 2. Resolution of unexpected issues and addressing internal customers' needs. 3. Ensuring control and proper care of resources and work equipment. We are currently looking for maintenance personnel to support facility-related operations at Club Campestre Monte Sur "where joy is family-oriented". We seek committed individuals who wish to join a team dedicated to happiness and family. You only need: Knowledge in (plumbing, swimming pools, gardening, masonry, cleaning, facility maintenance, repairs, etc.) Age: 23 to 50 years old Gender: Not specified Marital Status: Not specified Minimum Education Required: Junior high school; technical degree in maintenance or related field; trades (must be able to read and write) The position's characteristics are: * **PURPOSE OR MISSION OF THE POSITION** . Always provide solutions to internal customers regarding the services we deliver through technical support for facilities, materials, and furniture (spaces, support materials, logistics, training). * **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Work efficiently and responsibly alongside your team, consistently adhering to company guidelines, policies, and procedures, as well as instructions from your coordinator or immediate supervisor. * Resolve unexpected issues in coordination with your team and immediate supervisor. * Address and resolve internal customers' needs. * Provide essential equipment and supplies with maximum efficiency and quality (water, electricity, pipes, etc.). * Identify, report, and correct malfunctions across various club areas, following an action plan designed by the area coordinator. * Assemble and disassemble stages, displays, formations, and all types of temporary structures or event-related constructions. * Perform cleaning tasks across different club areas. * Ensure proper control, care, and usage of assigned materials, water, energy resources, work equipment, and other resources within your area; promptly report any defects upon identification.
