Job Summary: This position focuses on facility maintenance and repair, application of work methods, and implementation of improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure maintenance and repair of facilities. 2. Implement improvement proposals. 3. Perform preventive maintenance and resolve issues. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS. * Ensure maintenance or repair of college facilities. * Ensure process flow by communicating task completion. * Implement improvement proposals. * Check availability of tools and parts to be used; collect them from the warehouse. * Verify availability of maintenance-related information. * Ensure application of work methods. * Conduct visual inspections. * Washing of parts. * Experience in gardening work. * Initiate work orders. * Painting. * Perform daily preventive maintenance. * Complete tasks on time. * Clean the work area and return used tools. * Close work orders. * Notify supervisor upon task completion. * Communicate. * Propose solutions. * Follow up on established improvement plans. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $7,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) * General maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
