Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with experience in electrical systems, swimming pool filtration, plumbing and sanitation, air conditioning, and electromechanical systems. Proven experience in sports clubs and office environments Maintenance Manager Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in sports clubs and office environments. Knowledge required: electrical systems, swimming pool filtration, plumbing and sanitation, painting, air conditioning, swimming pool water treatment, electromechanical systems, substations, emergency systems, and custodial staff management.
