Responsibilities and activities * Perform painting tasks on walls, doors, railings, ceilings, and other finishes requiring maintenance, including prior surface repair. * Carry out electrical repairs: replacing light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, fuses, and troubleshooting lighting failures in guest rooms and common areas. * Address and follow up on fault or defect reports submitted by guests and Hotel Quinta Las Flores staff. * Coordinate work with external vendors (e.g., specialized electricians, plumbers, pool technicians). * Perform pool maintenance: cleaning surface and bottom, monitoring and adjusting chlorine, pH, and alkalinity levels.
