Proficiency in design tools for agile graphic support We seek a communications professional with strategic vision to manage and professionalize the digital narrative of a prominent academic and scientific institution. The goal is to transform institutional milestones into high-value social media content and maintain ongoing, empathetic dialogue with audiences. **Responsibilities:** * Management, monitoring, and engagement of official social media communities. * Creative writing (copywriting) adhering to institutional standards and excellent spelling. * **Digital reputation monitoring and execution of social media crisis control protocols.** * Early identification of reputational risks and strategic escalation of incidents. * Editorial calendar planning and metric analysis (KPIs). * **Support in creating graphic materials and adapting formats for social media (design adjustments, photo editing, or rapid visual resource production).** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. * **Proven experience (minimum 2\-3 years) in crisis management and engagement with highly sensitive communities (public, political, or academic).** * Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite or similar) for agile graphic support. * **Personal computer and required software licenses.** * Immediate availability to work under a hybrid arrangement in the Coyoacán area. * **Full-time, exclusive dedication to the project:** Full-time availability and exclusivity throughout the contract term are required to ensure achievement of institutional objectives.
