Position Summary: Be the guardian of strategy and structure to guide organizational and cultural change processes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience as a Human Capital process consultant 2. Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of structures Position Objective Be the guardian of strategy and structure to guide organizational and cultural change processes. Main Responsibilities Understand and comprehend Grupo Salinas’ strategy, KPIs, and political map.\* Understand and comprehend the strategy of each assigned unit/area.\* Support in designing organizational architecture to ensure strategy implementation.\* Execute the 7 steps of the organizational design process: 1\. Strategy definition and understanding. 2\. Development of functional chart (functions—not positions—responsibilities, PAEI, metrics) and organizational chart (box-and-person). 3\. Authorization of the structure by the business unit owner. 4\. Communication of the structure using GS methodology. 5\. Ensure implementation in internal systems, documentation, and physical/digital backup of structures, including their signatures. 6\. Ensure and evaluate structure implementation. 7\. Continuous improvement.\* Verify structure functionality in internal systems and alignment with defined strategy.\* Support implementation and follow-up of strategic sessions. Candidate Profile Must have experience as a Human Capital process consultant.
