Job Summary: Responsible for executing, supervising, and managing corrective maintenance across business units, ensuring timely response and compliance with established standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervises, organizes, and coordinates maintenance of facilities and equipment. 2. Identifies improvements and replacements for equipment and infrastructure. 3. Ensures timely handling of reports within SLA timeframes. Job Objective Execute, supervise, manage, and ensure timely resolution of matters related to corrective and major maintenance across Business Units. Main Responsibilities Supervises, organizes, coordinates, and controls facility and equipment maintenance tasks and activities.\* Identifies improvements and/or replacement of equipment in facilities related to air conditioning, signage, elevators, and electrical power systems.\* Conducts site visits to all business units to assess facility conditions and identify deviations from Group standards.\* Reviews work order generators to ensure quantities and descriptions are properly substantiated.\* Ensures appropriate handling of reports generated by business units within SLA timeframes.
